Exploring Basque Country: A Digital Exchange Experience

At CIFP Tolosaldea LHII, a vocational education and training (VET) center nestled in Tolosa, Basque Country, we've fostered an annual student exchange program with Lycée Professionel La Vue Belle in Saint Paul, La Reunion, France. As part of this enriching exchange, our first-year students from the Intermediate Cycle of Commercial Activities curated a dynamic presentation showcasing the Basque Country's unique characteristics and data, leveraging digital tools like PowerPoint. Subsequently, they had the privilege of presenting their findings to their counterparts at La Reunion.

Following the presentation, our students from Tolosaldea engaged their peers in La Reunion with an interactive exercise using the Kahoot application. This served as a litmus test to gauge the assimilation of the presentation's contents.

At Tolosaldea, our educators have embraced the utilization of digital tools like Kahoot, bolstered by the training provided through the Digitech project. Armed with newfound knowledge, they imparted these skills to their students. The outcome has been highly satisfactory, igniting a spark of curiosity among the students, prompting them to delve deeper into the Basque Country's cultural tapestry and its regional nuances. Furthermore, they've expressed keen interest in exploring the functionalities of Kahoot and understanding more about the Digitech project.
